Pomegranate has the same method of production as the lemon and citrus and also works well on fresh vegetables & salads, fruit salad, for the soft and hard cheeses, extremely well on the ice cream or gelato. Lemon and Citrus, are obtained from the white balsamic condiment were it is blended with the natural flavor of the fruit, no colorants are added. These two products are best used on fresh vegetables & salads, fresh fruit salad, fish salad, or for marinated fish and meat, excellent on carpaccio.
