If I receive my order damaged?
Our pre-shipping quality control process ensures that every product shipped from our warehouse is in perfect condition. However, if any item in your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please inform us immediately at service@oliveoilwarehouse.com. We will re-ship the damaged item or issue a credit to you, depending on your preference.


How do I cancel my order?
All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being received. If you decide to cancel your order please notify us immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund any funds that were collected. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.


What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with the products you have received or simply changed your mind, please follow the return procedure described below: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they have not been opened and are still in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued on all returned products minus the shipping charges. Please e-mail us to get return authorization and instructions at service@oliveoilwarehouse.com . Include in your e-mail the following information:
• Order Number as it appears on your shipping invoice or order confirmation e-mail
• Order Date
• Description of the product you want to return
• Description of the reason for the return


What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major shipping carriers depending on the destination and the weight of the shipment. Our preferred carriers are Fedex and USPS.


What shipping options do you offer?
• Standard Ground (delivered within 2 to 7 business days)
• 2nd Day Air (delivered within 2 business days after shipping)
• Next Day Air (delivered next day by 3:00 pm)


What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal.


Where is my order?
The confirmation email for your order has a link to the order status. When the shipping status of your order is updated, you will receive an email with shipment information. After the order is shipped, the shipment information email will include the carrier name and the tracking # for your shipment. You can also use a link included in the shipment information email to view your order and its status.


I cannot find a product I am interested in.
If you cannot find a product that you are interested in, please let us know and we will try our best to find it for you among our suppliers and importers.


Do you offer wholesale order or case discounts?
Yes. Please email us with the product information and the quantity you would like to purchase and we will let you know the discounted price.
